Very warm just what I needed

Bought to protect injured hand , good mitten , just hard to wear because of injury

I bought these mittens for wind resistance and some water resistance during 10-30 F weather. So far they've been working great for keeping my hands warm without any wind-chill. My only complaint is the napped leather sheds fibers, not sure if that'll be an issue later on

Run small, otherwise would have worked. Seemed warm

new mittens were much better than the leather winter gloves i have for shoveling snow.

I like mine so much, I bought my wife a pair. They are just what we need this cold winter.

Quite small, had to return for XL. We are not XL people.

Hard to put on

I purchased the Refrigiwear 0317 four winters ago. I wear them when it is extremely cold outside, like it has been this year. In each of the past three years they have seen limited usage, only being worn for a few hours and a couple times a week. Each time after wearing the gloves my skin would itch and have these very small cuts all over my hands which became infected. I would apply an antibiotic for several days to my hands. The small cuts would heal, the redness would dissipate and the swelling would reduce allow me to use my hands again. This year has become excruciating. Because of the long time exposed to the cold I have been wearing the gloves almost all day for days at a time. My hands have become so infected my doctor had to prescribed me an oral antibiotic. it took two weeks to heal, but my hands still itch. I thought these were great gloves for $30 but I can't wear them. They are made of some kind of material that has fibers that irritate my skin.
