These goat skin gloves are super soft and cozy. I have been wearing them for livestock chores in Minnesota. Good dexterity. The comfort rating to -10F is about accurate if you're moving around. My hands are cold all the time and these keep me comfortable easily in the temps around 0F. I typically wear a ladies small glove and these fit me pretty decent. A little big, but the best I've been able to find anywhere.

These are warm gloves that need broken-in. Looks like they will last a long time for me. Well made. Highly recommend.

Your sizing runs on the small side. I had to return these glove because they were too small. I bought these for my wife. She wears a women's medium or a small man's. I ordered small men's for her, they were too small. Other than that they looked like nice warm gloves, sand well made.
