    I use my Extreme Freezer Mitts when skiing on very cold days in CO where temps can reach -15 to -20 deg F. They keep my hands warm even with the wind chill.

    So they do a fairly good job at keeping my hands warm, with he right amount of layers. However the grips are worm off after the first week of using them and the impact protection material on the top part of the hand gets caught on just about everything if your grabbing multiple items. Besides that they are keeping my hands warm at 0 degrees ( with proper layers)

    When your hands are cold it's too late. Maintaining core body temperature is essential. Life is subject to emergencies, quick weather changes, and travel delays. Winter can provide great recreational activities and it can be darn dangerous if your not prepared. I pay for various types of insurance, JUST IN CASE! Doesn't do any good if you freeze to death. Whether it's ice fishing, snow removal, or just in case winter travel gear, I buy the best from Refrigiwear. It also makes great gifts for those you care about. Mitts, work gloves, any chore Refrigiwear offers a good fit. I fully recommend them. They have fantastic customer service too.
