    The jacket is just right for working outside during the night shift. It fully protects against the cold gusts of winter wind.

    I work in a -20 degree ice cream room. I&#x27;m very active while working and this suit is the best because of the layering system it provides. I wear the fleece pants plus the bib and an undershirt with the insulated jacket. and I love that the pants zip around the waist to the bib... the heat retention is absolutely noticeable and it keeps me from having to change clothes when I&#x27;m hot or cold,I can just either unzip or zip the pants around my waist.. what I didn&#x27;t know before buying is that everything is made to be worn together, so you don&#x27;t need to size up to account for layering. Just order your normal size on everything or you&#x27;ll end up like me wearing large pants and 2X bibs that are uneven when i zip them around the waist because there&#x27;s 6-7 inches of unused zipper
