Buying this pair a 2nd time

Posted by Eric on 8th Jan 2021

I'm a driver that gets in and out of trailers at below 0 temperatures. I move frozen load locks, handle hundreds of cold boxes and a pallet jack all day long. These gloves have good grip and are durable, but smooth around the edges making it easy to use shrink wrap for wrapping our loads. I have poor blood circulation and at temps below 0 my fingers eventually will get cold , but there is enough space in the palm of the glove to ball up your hand if it starts to get uncomfortable. Out of all the gloves I've tried out there, these are the warmest. I am tempted to buy the mitten version but for my job duties I'm sticking with the glove style. I wear medium gloves but these gloves I wear a large. They will be a bit small at first but break in well. 2nd pair I've bought.

Not even close to worth the money

Posted by Tommie on 28th Dec 2020

Gloves were surprisingly bulky when they arrived which made me believe that they would be outstanding. I work in -25 to -30 degree freezer and my hands didn't last 20 minutes with these gloves on. I work three 12 hour shifts so that just won't cut it. I have the bibs and the boots and they do fine. The boots can have a little more warmth but overall I'm satisfied. I will never by gloves from here again.

    Exactly as advertised....

Purchased these with the Iron Tuff coveralls. Both are great....and toasty warm. The gloves are true to the size chart as well. Great product.

    Great Freezer sorting gloves.

Posted by Ryan on 16th Jun 2020

I use these gloves in a walk-in freezer that reaches -20 degrees F. They are great for moving and organizing stock. Obviously, your manual dexterity is fairly limited in any glove that is appropriate for deep freeze work, and these are certainly no exception. They feel like wearing an ergonomic hockey glove. The trade off of mobility is worth it however, as my hands are kept quite toasty for long stretches in the freezer. The impact cushioning and padding are nice when you are stacking and sorting freight.

    Best before electric

Posted by Michael on 14th Jun 2020

I work in a freezer that gets to -10 to -15F. It keeps you warm for about a half hour to an hour until you start feeling a chill, but it's not like a 'lose your fingers' frostbite chill. Your fingers do get cold after a while but these gloves make it bearable. They are bulky and makes it hard to type on an analog keyboard. I've had them almost a month and they've held up alright. Some of the threading is starting to unravel but still it works the same. Nice gripping. I think this is the best option before electric gloves. Decent purchase.
