Comfortable and warm

I thought this had the "shiny" silver lining, and I am new to the vernacular of fabrics that are good in the freezer, forgive me. But, this is one that our work has issued before the fleece lined and co-workers have said they aren't as warm. For that, I haven't even worn it, just have as a backup if the others are too wet. I would definitely suggest getting the cheaper one that looks ribbed, it is amazing! In fact, order two. That's what I should've done.
