This coat's abrasion-resistant, water-resistant, wind-tight 400-denier nylon outer shell is strong and durable. With 11.25 oz. RefrigiFill™ polyester insulation and bound seams to seal out the wind, Mother Nature can bring it - you've got it covered. With 2 oversized, insulated front pockets, this rugged insulated hooded jacket has plenty of space for hands and tools. It also has a convenient 2-stall pencil pocket on the left sleeve for smaller personal items, like a wallet or cell phone.

Great quality - just ran a little small for taller men.

Great coat - a little stiff, but sure it would loosen with wear. Unfortunately my son is tall and the parka was a little too small due to his size.

Close to greatness

It's a nice warm parka but the hood is too small for a size 8 head. It can't stop rain or wind from freezing my face at all. Especially bad if you have any hair. Head while in the hood lifts the coat off my shoulders and hurts my neck. I might have mine tailored if I can to fix these issues. I'd probably also have coyote fur added around the hood since it is capable of tunneling well. I do love the pockets on this parka. As they are deep, insulated, and positioned well. I do wish they could be closed to stop water.

This is truly a heavy duty jacket. I do not feel any cold in this regardless of temperature, nor can the wind penetrate in any way.

These are the finest and warmest you can get. Make sure to ask for an American made one otherwise you'll get one from China. Both look identical but still.....
