    Recommended - but size carefully.

Posted by Michael on 7th Mar 2022

Let me explain - I ordered a large (Regular Large). Way too large! I suppose I should have anticipated that it would be too large. So, I returned it (RefrigiWear truly makes that process simple!) Then I ordered the Short Large. And it fits - from head to toe. However, the coveralls are a bit tight in the shoulders. I'm not all that beefy, but I'm not a toothpick either. So, while my motion is a bit restricted I will keep this. I cannot have a snowball fight wearing the coveralls, but I can sit on my tractor plowing snow. Final word on size - the Short isn't just short in length, it is short in breadth (width). That may cause an issue for some. As far as how warm it is, I cannot say. Since I decided to place this order the weather has only gotten warmer.... (Isn't that always the way?)

You can find cheaper coveralls, but you wont find any better.

    Good suit. Money buys warmth.

Posted by Robert on 6th Mar 2022

Working on an open air loading dock at night in Northern Massachusetts with temp's near zero at times. This suit is warm and durable. My only criticism is that the leg zippers don't go high enough which makes the suit difficult to get on and off without removing your boots. It would also be nice to access my pants pockets underneath.

I would definitely purchase from RefigiWear again.

Posted by Wendell on 6th Mar 2022

I recently purchased the iron-tuff coveralls with hood. I was replacing an old survival suit that I use to snow-blow and work outdoors in cold weather. I was reluctant initially but ordered anyway. I received my suit in short order, but unfortunately it was way too large. I made use of the return policy and was pleasantly surprised with how Customer Service took care of me. I received a set of coveralls that fit and my return refund was promptly processed. As for the coveralls themselves, I am very happy with them. I've handled a couple of snow storms with them and stayed toasty warm and dry the whole time.

this product will last a lifetime

These coveralls are amazing. I use them to hike in the woods in winter. I wear them over jeans and a tee shirt and even when the temperature is closed to zero, I am warm as toast. The quality is great and I can't recommend this product highly enough. I bought one for my husband a year ago and he is equally thrilled.

I couldn't believe how warm these are.

Posted by Outdoor D. on 27th Jan 2022

I got mine after using a friends many years ago. I have stayed warm in temps below -35 F in strong winds. After I outgrew mine and didn't spend the time outdoors like I used to I passed them on to my grandson. They are still in great shape and still warm. The best cold weather investment I've ever made.!!

My husband was skeptical but absolutely loves it!

Posted by Bostonwinters on 24th Jan 2022

Living in New England and I was tired of seeing my husband out there on snowy freezing days and nights either wet, uncomfortable and/or cold when temps hit you at 3 degrees. He was skeptical but was amazed at how warm and comfortable he is out there running the dogs and snow removal among other things. Has been such a hit that now my father-in-law is begging for one! So happy I followed my instincts and purchased this! The hood is a must!
