    Recommend Winter Gear

Posted by Eric on 20th Apr 2022

Yeah nicely made, I recently purchased at the end of March so I don't need them just yet, but getting ready for this coming winter, always good to be prepared ahead of time. The quality is great, I would recommend to purchase, I looked at all manufacturers and studied pretty well and refrigiwear you'll find few complaints about them..

    Best customer service ever

Posted by Daniel on 8th Apr 2022

I haven't used this product yet in a cold situation, but here is what I can attest to: 1. The construction is really really sturdy, but I have great range of motion in it. It doesn't feel stiff like it needs to be broken in. 2. The purchase experience is 100% perfect. I asked questions on the vote, via chat, via email, and they always got back to me quickly and went above and beyond to answer weird questions. Nobody asked me "why do you want to know that," they just did their best to help (which always worked). And I don't think I was ever on hold. Something I had ordered was backordered and they had great proactive communication there too. (Also they didn't bill me until the product shipped, like some other companies have.) The return policy is awesome: they will take it back as long as it's in the original condition. #sweepstakes

    Worth the money!

Posted by Jamie on 10th Mar 2022

Female, a stout 208 lbs, 41" waist, 5'5", I used the size chart to order and the first set was way too big (XL short). If I would have normally ordered a L short, and that's what I got and it fit perfect. The key is, they build room into the sizes. You don't have to order for the extra room for layers underneath. As far a quality and warmth, they are very well made, I'm very impressed with the quality, everything is beefier, the material, the zippers, the snaps. And the warmth, well they do what they live up to their claims. I got them for horseback riding in the winter and they work great. Stayed nice and warm sitting still on a horse. Sleet and rain are no problem. My old coveralls I would have been miserable and wet after a while. They are a bit noisy, but I'm not hunting in them, so that's ok. They are worth the money.

    Recommended - but size carefully.

Posted by Michael on 7th Mar 2022

Let me explain - I ordered a large (Regular Large). Way too large! I suppose I should have anticipated that it would be too large. So, I returned it (RefrigiWear truly makes that process simple!) Then I ordered the Short Large. And it fits - from head to toe. However, the coveralls are a bit tight in the shoulders. I'm not all that beefy, but I'm not a toothpick either. So, while my motion is a bit restricted I will keep this. I cannot have a snowball fight wearing the coveralls, but I can sit on my tractor plowing snow. Final word on size - the Short isn't just short in length, it is short in breadth (width). That may cause an issue for some. As far as how warm it is, I cannot say. Since I decided to place this order the weather has only gotten warmer.... (Isn't that always the way?)
