Exceptional quality and it really works well (I use it when riding my HD motorcycle in cold weather).

Bought a medium iron tuff coveralls back in 2009 climbing towers. Lasted 10 years. Passing them down to the wife as my a22 got fat. I dont know. Must he middle age catching up. Bought another pair because the medium was starting to ride my taint. I reccomend these to anyone wanting to stay warm! Best coveralls money can buy. Dont waste your time and money on anything else! Refrigiwear stands above all others! I'll buy again and again!

No reason to buy it again and again.

I was headed up to Alaska to work on the pipeline in 1970. They told me everyone was wearing RefrigiWear so I bought the coveralls. I don't know what they were called back then but they are the Iron Tuff today. I didn't get to go to Alaska but I have been using the Iron Tuff coveralls for all outside winter work and play since 1970. For the mathematically challenged that's 49 years. I can tell you if they are half as good today as they were 49 years ago they're a good deal. Mine has been through a lot of briars and thorns every bear season and every rabbit season. It's my go-to suit whenever it's cold out. It's seen years of snowmobiling in Wyoming Bighorns and Montana Big Belts. It's what I wear when I have to crawl under a truck in the snow. Warm? I was stuck in my Toyata Landcrusier one night in the snow at the bottom of the Bighorn Mountains close to Wolf, Wyoming. It was between -43Ëš F and -46Ëš F with at least a 20 mph wind. I had the hooded suit on and underneath I had a thin leather jacket and a goose down vest. For boots, I had Sorels. Also had down mittens and a full face mask. I took one mitten off for a few seconds and the next day had blisters on the back of my hand--frost bite. It flash froze the bare skin. Other than that, I was warm. I don't think I would have lasted a full minute outside if I had just blue jeans on. Oh, in 1970 I also bought the Iron Tuff coat which is my cold weather winter coat. I had to replace the zipper in it 2 years ago. Being 47 years old at the time I didn't think the zipper would be covered under warranty. Today, I bought another Iron Tuff coat but blue instead of green. Let's see how it compares with what they made 50 years ago.

I used it for work and it has kept me very warm on cold days

Durable, not as warm as i thought.

Posted by Matthew on 17th Nov 2019

I got this thinking i would be nice and toasty at work but after a few days at work seems no warmer than anything else ive worn. I work on a dock with no heat and drive forklift all 8 to 10 hours of my shift and after a couple hours below 20 degrees i was cold, i will say that the coveralls seem very durable but the size seems a but small I'm 6'2" and 265lbs got the 2xl tall and its a bit tight on the shoulders so i shoulda got a 3xl tall so i could wear a sweatshirt under it, you still need layer to keep warm. I highly doubt you could go to the 50 below zero without freezing to death.

    Perfect!

Very warm and breaks the wind extremely efficiently. I work on cell towers were the temperature and wind is usually 3 times and bad up top than it is on the ground. These work great, not to mention in Chicago weather!!
