I recommended these to my fish partner and he ordered a pair

I use these coveralls for fishing I fish tournaments and can't hardly fish in the freezing temps any more , until now. These are definitely the best I've had.

Made in USA? 5 stars. Made in China? Cheap garbage.

Posted by Rock R. on 30th Dec 2020

A few months ago i purchased my first pair of iron-tuff coveralls in a medium-tall size. When it arrived i found that the tag read 'medium regular', which indicated to me that I had recieved a standard medium cut, despite paying extra for a medium-tall. However, i have been so impressed by this pair of coveralls that i didn't even bother complaining. Its a great product, tough+sufficiently waterproof; it fits perfectly, and the tag claims it was made in the USA. In fact, I was so happy with it, that i recently purchased a second. Thinking that i had recieved a standard medium the first time, this time i ordered a simple size 'medium', avoiding the markup for a tall cut. When it arrived i found the tag reads 'm/m', quite different from the 'med reg' on the first coverall. Infact, the tag is completely different. This second suit feels different too. Cheaper, less durable. And according to the tag, it was made in China. So now I have two iron-tuff coveralls. It seems i got lucky on the first order. I will certainly be returning the second order, if refrigiwear will accept the return (it is unwashed, unworn, in new condition). My confidence in Refrigiwear is shaken by this; it seems to be up to chance or fortune whether you will recieve, in exchange for your money, an excellent piece of equiptment or something that's basically just a cheap toy.

    do not order custom fit

Posted by Jamie on 30th Dec 2020

ordered an XL. arms and legs were too short so I placed a custom order. CUSTOM ORDER wanted measurements. I supplied them; however, stated that they really don't need chest, waist, etc. JUST an XL with 2" longer in the arms and legs. emailed AND called customer service, Pat, to be VERY CLEAR. spoke to the manager, Amy, just to be certain it was made correctly. I'm 6'6" tall and weigh 200#. they literally sent me the coveralls in what appeared to be a SMALL and could barely squeeze into it AND between the torso and legs, the coverall was 6'9" in overall length, not including the hood!!! called to complain. they couldn't CARE LESS. they didn't care that it was made ridiculously!! IF refrigiwear cared, they would reference the emails and conversations and make it right!! BUYER BEWARE!! CUSTOM ORDERS, even if made WRONG, are not replaceable!!

    These are the warmest coveralls!

Posted by Jennifer on 24th Dec 2020

I am a smaller framed person, and I appreciate that these coveralls come in smaller sizes! I wear them because I hate the cold and I volunteer at a shelter where I sometimes have to take dogs out for a walk in the cold. These coveralls are perfect and so warm! The hood is super toasty, too! They are also water repellent, so when the weather is especially terrible — cold AND rainy — I will stay warm and dry!

Warm but not the same as first one

Posted by Don on 21st Dec 2020

About worn out my second pair. Loved my first pair, so bought the second one. What a disappointment. Somebody must have told them they could save money by shortening the leg zippers. First pair went up to the hip, so you could zip them down to get into your inner pants pocket. The second pair only has knee high zippers. When you wear this type of cod weather suit you also have big warm boots on your feet. Impossible to takeoff without taking off boots first. Had to cut a slit in the inner lining to get into pants pocket. Won`t purchase another one.
