Tore at leg seams 1st hike. I want a refund!

I normally take these out to take a very basic walk and I don't usually go into rough Terrain but tonight, March 10th, 2021, I went into snow and the Cuffs of my pants at the very bottom dragged in the snow and dirt and I got back to my apartment and I saw that the threads started to fray apart. Either I get my money back or I am filing a lawsuit! I am dead serious
