Perfect for outside activities. Most days this can be used as a substitute for a winter jacket

I bought this hoodie for work (in a freezer all day) and while it is very warm for a hoodie, it is extremely heavy, no surprise being it is quilted though. I would recommend this for casual wear only though as if you buy it for work and are doing constant physical movement like bending, stooping, etc. it will cause a lot of back pain. I speak from my own experience as due to the weight of the hoodie, it applies too much to your back when you're lowering yourself to do something like squat or stoop. I suppose if you don't have to stoop or bend or do anything that involves shifting your weight around you might be able to get away wearing it for work but otherwise it's definitely not something you want to wear for a physical job.

I use this sweatshirt alone, or with a vest depending on the temperature. It is unbelievably warm! Since purchasing some of these items from RefrigiWear, I have been so comfortably warm while working or playing outside. I used to always get so cold, but not anymore! I would highly recommend this sweatshirt.

Very Very warm, much better than the heavy duty Carhartt that I have. Well worth the money !!

My husband works in a cold room with an average temp about 36 degrees. Husband no longer complaining about how cold it is. Sweater is a little heavy but good quality nice & warm.
