They fit snug so go for the XL. The black pads on the palm and fingers will wear out and start peeling off in about 2 weeks. The finish wears off pretty quick after that and they get slick and hard to get a good grip on cases. Lastly are holes in the finger tips where the pads were. Once the holes pop up they're pretty much dead your hands still get cold with them on

Fit is good, these are very thick but surprisingly I have found I can still work with them on. They compressed my fingers for a few days but a they broke in everything fits perfect. Very happy. I am using for outdoor work on a pasture based dairy farm, including riding motorbikes, fencing, feeding out.

Glove size is supposed to be xl but are very tight around fingers and do not give me good dexterity.

These gloves are great for the work I do. Spending 8hrs a day in the freezer on a fork lift. They are definitely a big help!

These are clearly very very insulated. . . I would just say that they are so insulated that the fingers are very tight, which end up cutting off your circulation, which ends up making your hands freeze. And I do not have giant fat fingers. I have long skinny fingers, and still got a size XL

I haven't had a chance to wear them much, but they do seem to be quite warm for gloves. As you would expect from "double insulated" they are bulky so don't plan to use them for much that requires dexterity.
