RefrigiWear Announces 26th Annual Warehouse Heroes of the Year
DAHLONEGA, GA (December 1, 2025) – RefrigiWear is proud to honor the outstanding individuals who keep America’s cold supply chain moving with the annual Warehouse Heroes of the Year Award. Since its inception, the program has celebrated the dedication, perseverance and skill of cold chain workers who ensure food supply chain keeps safe, organized and moving, no matter how harsh the conditions.
Twenty-eight Warehouse Heroes from across the country have been selected as the 2025 award recipients. These men and women consistently exceed expectations, drive efficiency and pioneer new approaches to improve warehouse productivity and workflow. Their motivation, teamwork and ability to tackle the toughest tasks have earned them high praise from supervisors and colleagues alike.
“Our Warehouse Heroes don’t just work in the cold, they own it,” says RefrigiWear Chief Commercial Officer Wes Dye. “Every day, these individuals bring grit, creativity and a deep commitment to excellence. They are much more than hard workers, they are leaders, innovators and problem-solvers. It is an honor to recognize the impact they make across the cold chain.”
Over the years, Warehouse Heroes of the Year has evolved into a meaningful tradition, driven by thousands of heartfelt nominations from managers who want to acknowledge employees who stand out as the best in the industry. RefrigiWear is proud to continue celebrating their accomplishments and positive influence on operations nationwide.
Each 2025 honoree earned a feature in the 2026 Warehouse Heroes of the Year Calendar, showcasing their achievements and contributions. Winners also received a personalized award package, including a custom-embroidered RefrigiWear jacket and commemorative plaque as a token of appreciation for their dedication to keeping the food supply chain running smoothly in the harshest environments.
