Refrigiwear's Employee Recognition Program
As a benefit to our National Accounts, each year RefrigiWear celebrates the hard-working individuals of the food supply chain with the Warehouse Heroes of the Year Award. Annually, we receive hundreds of nominations from managers who would like to recognize their warehouse employees who work in sub-zero temps for their leadership, ingenuity on the job and personality.
Our team carefully reviews each nomination to select 24 warehouse hero winners and 4 lifetime winners. Lifetime winners are awarded to employees who have dedicated more than 20 years of their careers to working in cold or freezing warehouse conditions. Upon selecting the annual winners, RefrigiWear coordinates a calendar to highlight the year's winners. All our National Accounts will receive a RefrigiWear calendar and along with the calendars, our winners will receive a custom embroidered jacket and plaque. If you have a warehouse hero you would like to nominate, see below for important dates.
