Do you have an amazing hourly employee that spends all or most of their shift in the cold? Whether they are on the forklift, picking orders, processing meat, making ice cream, or keeping the place clean, if they work in the cold, they are eligible.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Review the following eligibility requirements, then visit Pro.RefrigiWear.com/warehouseheroes-2024 to submit your nomination online.
Only hourly warehouse employees are eligible.
Only hourly employees that spend most of their shift in the cold (such as warehouse workers, food processors and maintenance) are eligible. Salaried managers and hourly office employees are not eligible.
Only individuals are eligible.
Only individuals may be nominated. Teams, groups or shifts will not be considered.
Only complete and accurate nominations will be accepted.
Include accurate contact information on your nomination form. Incomplete or inaccurate forms will not be considered.

RECOGNITION FOR ALL NOMINEES
We appreciate all nominators who have taken the time to recognize their stellar employees for the Warehouse Heroes of the Year award. The success and dedication of your employees are not going unnoticed. Unfortunately, we are limited to the number of winners we can award each year. All nominees will receive a Warehouse Heroes of the Year t-shirt and a letter to celebrate their nomination and as a thank you for their commitment to the food supply chain industry.
WAREHOUSE HEROES & LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS
From the eligible nominees, 24 Warehouse Heroes of the Year and 4 Lifetime Achievement award winners will be selected to receive:
- Their photo and a short bio in the 2025 Warehouse Heroes of the Year calendar
- A commemorative Warehouse Heroes of the Year plaque
- A selection between a new EnduraQuilt™ Puffer Jacket, Camo Diamond Quilted Hooded Jacket, Women's Two-Tone HiVis Insulated Softshell Jacket or Women's Extreme Sweater Jacket personalized with their name embroidered on the chest
WAREHOUSE HEROES OF THE YEAR NOMINATION EXAMPLE
Nominees are judged on 4 aspects of their performance:
Leadership, Productivity, Ingenuity, Attitude
Your nomination should include in-depth descriptions and hard data about your nominee's performance. Winners are chosen based on the nominations alone - so the more detail provided, the better chance your nominee has of winning.
