Returns Process

1Contact Customer Service at 800-645-3744 or keepmewarm@refrigiwear.com.

2Make sure to have these for the call or email:

  • Original Order, invoice, or reference #
  • The reason for the return/exchange

3When you get your return authorized, we will provide an RMA # and form.

4The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) # and form (showing bar code) MUST be attached to the outside of the box for your return or exchange to be processed.

5Ship all returns to:

Returns Process

Rules for Returns

  • You may return or exchange your garment as long as it is still in its original condition and has not been worn or washed.
  • Customized items, including custom-sewn garments, embroidered items, or items with heat-seal are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Refunds may only be issued back to original form of payment.
  • Shipping is non-refundable.
  • Please note that we only accept returns from business and corporate accounts using the process described above. Orders placed on RefrigiWear’s consumer website are subject to the consumer return policy. Orders for RefrigiWear products from other retail marketplaces, such as Amazon, are subject to that retailer's return policies.
