REFRIGIWEAR LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

RefrigiWear is tough workwear for tough workers. We’ve also built our reputation on providing high quality products, so it makes sense that we stand behind our products. All of our products are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product. However, please keep in mind that because RefrigiWear cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to products that were purchased from RefrigiWear or a RefrigiWear authorized seller in the United States, unless prohibited by law.

Every piece of workwear has its limits though, so our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect or obvious abuse. If the damage is determined to be caused by a manufacturing defect, we will happily replace the item at no cost. RefrigiWear does reserve the right to determine if the product failure is due to manufacturer’s defects in materials or workmanship, or if the product failed due to normal wear and tear, misuse or neglect. Please also note that our products are intended to function only in the condition that they are provided when new, and any modification to the product will void all warranties, whether or not a defect or damage is later discovered. Finally, please note that our warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser of our products and is not transferrable, all clearance sales are final and there is no warranty on clearance items. There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to our products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Under no circumstances shall RefrigiWear be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this warranty, breach of contract or strict liability. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.

AVASKA 1-YEAR WARRANTY

Durable freezerwear for the professional should be backed by a warranty that is equally durable. That’s why Avaska offers a 1-year warranty for our clothing against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. However, please keep in mind that because Avaska cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to products that were purchased from Avaska or an Avaska authorized seller in the United States, unless prohibited by law.

This warranty does not cover damage caused from normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect or obvious abuse. If the damage is determined to be caused by a manufacturing defect, we will happily replace the item at no cost. Avaska does reserve the right to determine if the product failure is due to manufacturer’s defects in materials or workmanship, or if the product failed due to normal wear and tear, misuse or neglect.

Footwear is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials. However, if within 3 months of purchase, a defect occurs in Avaska footwear as the result of normal use, and there is no evidence of misuse, neglect or obvious abuse, we will happily repair the defect, exchange the footwear for a new pair or provide a purchase credit. Product failures caused by excessive or abusive wear conditions do not qualify for exchange or purchase credit. This warranty is available only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. No credit or refund will be given without the original receipt of purchase.

Finally, our products are intended to function only in the condition that they are provided when new, and any modification to the product will void all warranties, whether or not a defect or damage is later discovered. SAMCO 6-MONTH WARRANTY

Samco provides all of the basics for your freezer and cold storage needs. But that doesn’t mean we offer a basic warranty. Our 6-month warranty for clothing covers against manufacturer’s defects and issues arising from workmanship. However, please keep in mind that because Samco cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to products that were purchased from Samco or a Samco authorized seller in the United States, unless prohibited by law.
