These will keep your hands warm and dry for a while, but they are NOT waterproof. They will soak thru, not immediately but within 30 minutes or less. Nice gloves, warm, flexible and water resistant. Not waterproof.

These have really proven to be waterproof and extremely warm, it is a day early in the year to be wearing these, and I have to take them off periodically to keep my hands from sweating, but in another month, up here in Maine, it is pretty much going to be winter time, so fire they have proven to be very waterproof and it took a few times wearing them to really break them in, the material is extraordinary! This is coming from someone that has bought nothing but cheap gloves all of his life, now I am finally stepping it up 10 notches

I live in Maine and I am starting to use these already at night time and when I go hiking, my hands get so warm at around 30 degrees that I have to take them off for some time, in about another month or so, it will be perfect and then in January, that's when they will be put to the test! They seem extremely durable and will most likely last me a lifetime given that I am only using them for hiking and not really grappling anything or handling anything Sharp
