Inner stitch is very uncomfortable

Close but no cigar. I have a large head. I wear a 7 3/4 hat, which is the second largest size commonly available. I bought "Large" but it doesn't quite fit and instead creeps up over the course of an hour or so. Otherwise, it does keep my head warm. It is well made and very soft. Unless, like me, you have an unusually large head, this is an excellent cap for causal use.

Warm and comfortable

The first hat had stitching coming undone right out of the packaging. Sent an email with photos and received no response. Called and was told a replacement will be sent, never arrived. Called again and finally got the replacement. The hat itself is warm and comfortable but the stitching can be an issue, loss of one star for this. Loss of second star for the poor customer service.
