22nd Annual Warehouse Heroes of the Year Winners Chosen
RefrigiWear Announces 2021 Warehouse Heroes of the Year Winners
DAHLONEGA, GA (December 1, 2021) – RefrigiWear celebrates the essential workers of the food supply chain with the winners of the 22nd Annual Warehouse Heroes of the Year Awards. Hundreds of employees from food processors and cold storage facilities across the country were nominated by their supervisors, but 28 of the nominees demonstrated the attitude, leadership, productivity and ingenuity required to be named a Warehouse Hero of the Year.
"The people who win this award truly are heroes. They're responsible for protecting and delivering the food Americans eat. We're honored to provide freezer suits and protective clothing, boots and gloves to keep them warm through countless hours in subzero conditions, so they can focus on quality, excellence and safety," says RefrigiWear Co-CEO Ryan Silberman.
Award winners will be featured in the forthcoming 2022 Warehouse Heroes calendar. Winners also received recognition in front of their peers and company leaders who are proud to celebrate their outstanding performance and leadership.
Of the 28 winners, 4 of these dedicated individuals were presented with Lifetime Achievement Awards for demonstrating optimal performance, meeting high standards and showing a commitment to mentoring others on their teams over the course of their decades-long careers.
