21st Annual Warehouse Heroes of the Year Winners Chosen
DAHLONEGA, GA (December 18, 2020) — RefrigiWear is always honored to celebrate those that spend their days working in the cold, which is why they created an annual awards program known as Warehouse Heroes of the year. Each year hundreds of employees that work in refrigerated and frozen warehouses are nominated for the hard work and dedication.
"We love doing this every year," says Ryan Silberman, Chief Revenue Officer of RefrigiWear. "This year, however, we are even more honored to do so. These unprecedented times meant longer hours and more stressful shifts for the essential workers of the food supply chain. Our 2020 Warehouse Heroes of the Year winners showcase just a few of the amazing employees that brave the cold every day."
Each year the winners not only receive recognition in front of their teams, they are also showcased in the RefrigiWear Warehouse Heroes of the Year calendar. Each winner has shown the integrity, aptitude and leadership in performance that RefrigiWear, as well as their managers and companies, are proud to celebrate. RefrigiWear is excited to celebrate 24 outstanding Warehouse Heroes of the Year, as well as 4 Lifetime Achievement Award winners. The Lifetime Achievement awards go to outstanding individuals who have dedicated their careers – which span 3 to 4 decades – to optimal performance, high standards and exemplary devotion to their teams.
