Yes. The new pro.refrigiwear.com will offer additional convenient payment methods for your business, including the ability to check out with a Purchase Order (P.O. Number) for business accounts that have established terms.

Yes. Please don't forget to type "pro" at the beginning of "pro.refrigiwear.com".
If you leave that part out by mistake, you'll be visiting our consumer website and you won't see your discounted pricing or the full RefrigiWear family of brands.
You'll also miss out on product customization or additional pro-level services, such as embroidery.
Any items added to your cart on the consumer website will not carry over once you log in to pro.refrigiwear.com.

You no longer need a separate username to access your account. The email address associated with your account will serve as your username. When the new online store launches, we'll email you a link to reset your password and access your new online account.

The new embroidery configurator is more intuitive and user-friendly that previous systems used by RefrigiWear, Avaska or Samco. If you have questions, our Customer Service team will be glad to help. We'll share convenient online video tutorials, as well.

Contact RefrigiWear Customer Service at 800-645-3744 to add a user to your business account. Our Customer Service team will create a username and password for use on pro.refrigiwear.com.

No action is necessary. We're working directly with your integration partner to update your account. Customers who shop and order through an integration will be migrated to the new platform on a rolling basis over the summer.

Yes. After you reset your account password, you can log in to pro.refrigiwear.com and follow the Account link to see your Order History, Shipping Addresses, Recently Viewed Items and Account Settings.

Items stored in your Wishlist will not transfer to the new pro.refrigiwear.com. We encourage you to make a note of items in your current Wishlist, then you can add those items to the new Shopping List section of the new pro.refrigiwear.com.
