You can always check your order status and tracking information online by clicking "Order Lookup" in the top menu and logging in to your Pro.RefrigiWear.com account.

Business orders placed on Pro.RefrigiWear.com are delivered via FedEx. Expedited FedEx shipping is also available. For more details, please visit the Shipping information page.

Yes, business accounts are eligible for international shipping. If you need international shipping, please contact Customer Service to inquire about setting up RefrigiWear Business Account.

Products may be returned provided they are in original condition and have not been worn or washed. Customized items, including embroidered items, are not eligible for return.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please visit the Returns page for more information.

Find your Pro.RefrigiWear.com order number on your packing slip or order confirmation email, then visit the Returns page to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

No. If you ordered RefrigiWear products from an authorized retailer, such as Amazon.com, you must return your item(s) to that retailer, subject to that retailer’s return policy.

We want you to get your gear as quickly as possible. Once your order has been submitted, we are unable to modify or cancel the order. If you have questions about your order, please contact us.

Make sure you have selected the Color, Size, Fit and Quantity you need. Then you can successfully add the item(s) to your cart. Certain out-of-stock or discontinued sizes or colors may not be added to your cart.

Once you've added your desired items to your cart, proceed to checkout and enter your code in the "Coupon/Gift Certificate" field then click "Apply."

No. Only one coupon code will be accepted per order.

Make sure you're using a coupon code intended for business account use on Pro.RefrigiWear.com.
Consumer coupon codes may not be used for business account purchases on Pro.RefrigiWear.com. Coupon codes and promotional discounts for business orders on Pro.RefrigiWear.com are specific to certain dates and may be limited to certain products. Please check that your code has not expired and that the code applies to the item you are purchasing. For example, a coupon code for jackets may not be used to get a discount on gloves.

Check out the RefrigiWear Size Chart or refer to the Size Chart tab on the product page. RefrigiWear gear is made to be worn with layers, so be sure to measure over the base layers, pants or sweatshirt you intend to wear with your gear to get the best fit.

If you have forgotten your password click on the "Sign In" link at the top right of the home page and then click on "Forgot Password". Enter your email address that is associated with your account and click "Reset Password". You will get an email with instructions to reset your password.
If you just wish to change your password, login with your existing credentials then hover over your username (top right of the screen) and click on the My Account pop-up. Click on Edit when you reach the "My Account" page.

How do I apply for a Business Account?
To sign up for a RefrigiWear Business Account, click "Request a Business Account" and follow the on-screen prompts.
For existing RefrigiWear business customers that need a new location or login, we will verify your affiliation with the existing account and provide you a username and password for shopping on Pro.RefrigiWear.com within one business day. You will be assigned the existing terms of your parent company
For new RefrigiWear business customers, we will set up your account information and provide you a username and password for shopping on Pro.RefrigiWear.com within one business day. Your initial terms will be Credit Card only. Should you wish to apply for Net terms you will need to contact Customer Service at 800-645-3744 after your account is set up.
