FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT TARIFFS

To give our customers the best value, we’re optimizing production capabilities and consolidating products across our family of brands.
What is RefrigiWear doing about tariffs?
What is RefrigiWear doing about tariffs?
Over the last few years, we’ve been working to de-risk our supply chain, diversifying roughly half of our production outside China and expanding capabilities to an additional 15 countries. We also acquired several companies around the world, giving us access to more suppliers and the flexibility to shift our supply chain in situations like this.
We’re making investments with our supplier partners to increase their capacity outside of China. We’re also shifting some production from our European operations to support our U.S. and global customers.
While we’re accelerating this transition in our supply chain, we’re asking our suppliers to share the cost of higher tariffs. We have already received inventory with the increased tariffs and absorbed a significant amount of the tariff costs ourselves.
We are actively monitoring tariffs and shifting as conditions require. RefrigiWear remains laser-focused on providing the highest quality clothing to protect people working in extreme conditions.
